Engadine Eagles Soccer Club

All players who wish to play with EEFC in 2010 must attend one of the above Registration dates in person to complete the necessary documentation. An Association 2010 Application to Register Form iwill be available on the day to complete. All registration fees must be paid when registering, and late registrations may not be accepted. Signing of this Association form also means that you are subject to both the Association AND Engadine Eagles FC codes of conduct
Please note - until all fees are paid, players are not covered by the insurance cover provided when training, and will not be included for grading purposes.

* To qualify as a student you must be studying full time. Student ID to be shown at registration.

Dependant Family Registration Discount - A dependant family discount of $10.00 for each playing member after the first registration applies. This is soley for the use of families who are paying for dependant children. It is to hellp parents who are trying to enable themselves/children to participate in sport together. It is not for independant siblings to claim.
Late Registration - There is a late registration fee of $20.00 for anyone registers after the 7th February 2009. Late registrations will be accepted only at the discretion of the management committee and are subject to age group vacancies.
Payment by EFTPOS/Credit card - The club has EFTPOS facilities available for payment, however, please have another method of payment available in case unforeseen difficulties are experienced.

Traditionally registration days are an extremely busy time. Please be patient and come prepared with the registration papers completed, original documentation if required and correct fees to be paid. Your co-operation will be appreciated.

Other Information

New Registrations

New players (who have never registered with SSFA) should bring both proof of date of birth and Sutherland Shire residency.

D.O.B - includes Birth Certificate, unaltered Drivers License or Passport.
Shire Residency - includes unaltered Drivers License, Sutherland Shire Rate notice, lease agreement, recent documentation from government department or financial institution or school attendance documentation.

COPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. To be eligible to play in the Under 6's, players must have been born between 1st January 2004 and 31st December 2005.

Photographs

All registrations are entered electronically. If required, a photograph will be taken digitally by the registrars, at no cost, when you register.

Grading

Grading of players within the Club will commence in February from Monday February 8th until Sunday 21st. Refer to the attached link for the 2010 grading days. Round 1 of the 2010 competition will begin on the weekend of 27th & 28th March.

Coaching or managing teams

If your interested in coaching, assisting in coaching or managing a team please complete an application form (as per link) or complete a form on the registration dates.

Committee Positions

There are currently a few vacancies on the committee - if you are interested in being involved with the club in this way feel free to talk to existing members at registration or any other time that suits you. All participation is welcome.
